How it works

Three steps. One phone call. No pressure.

  1. Answer five questions

Age, state, tobacco, how much coverage, and where to reach you. About a minute, on your phone.

  2. Chase calls with real numbers

A short call — a few health questions, then the plans you'd actually be approved for and what they cost. If nothing fits, you'll hear that too.

  3. Covered, usually same day

Most plans are approved on the phone. Your rate is locked, and the benefit goes to the person you name.

Who you’ll talk to

I’m the one who picks up the phone.

I’m Chase Namba, a licensed life insurance agent in Chula Vista. When you send the form, I’m the person who calls — not a call center, not a script. I’ll ask a few health questions, tell you which plans you’d actually be approved for and what they cost, and if nothing on the list fits you, I’ll tell you that straight. I teach jiu jitsu on the side, I’m bilingual, and I’d rather earn your trust in fifteen honest minutes than sell you something you don’t need.

Common questions

Plain answers.

Do I need a medical exam?
No. Final expense plans use a short set of health questions on the phone instead of an exam. Some plans have no health questions at all, with a waiting period.
What if I have health conditions?
Many common conditions are accepted at standard rates. Others move you to a different plan rather than disqualifying you. That's exactly what the phone call sorts out — and if the honest answer is that nothing fits, you'll hear it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on age, coverage amount and health — which is exactly why we don't post a rate table that's wrong for half the people reading it. Chase quotes you real numbers on the call. Most people choose between $5,000 and $25,000 of coverage.
Is this a government program?
No. This is private life insurance from established carriers, sold by an independent licensed agent. It is not connected to Social Security, Medicare, or any government agency.
Will I be pressured?
You'll talk to one person, once, and decide. There's no obligation at any point, and you can stop the call or unsubscribe from texts at any time.
¿Hablan español?
Sí. Chase habla español y puede explicarle sus opciones en su idioma.
