These terms govern your use of accessyourmarket.com (the "Site"), operated by Access Your Market LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site provides general information about life insurance and a tool that displays estimated premiums based on the information you enter. Chase Namba is an independent insurance agent licensed in the states listed on the Site, and Access Your Market LLC is an independent agency. We are not an insurance carrier and we are not affiliated with any government agency.

Quotes are estimates, not offers

Rates shown by the quoting tool are estimates generated from the information you provide and from carrier rate tables. They are not an offer of coverage, a guarantee of a rate, or a determination of eligibility. Actual premiums and availability depend on the carrier's underwriting, your health, your state, and the application you complete. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy and the first premium is paid.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit a quote request you provide the consent described next to the submit button and in our Privacy Policy. That consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you may withdraw it at any time by the methods described in the Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information. Inaccurate health or personal information can void a policy.
• Use the Site only for your own legitimate insurance inquiries, and only if you are 18 or older.
• Don't scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site or the quoting tool.

Not advice

Content on the Site is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it may not reflect your circumstances. Talk with a licensed agent, and where appropriate a tax or legal professional, before making decisions.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design and images are owned by Access Your Market LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Carrier names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify products only.

Third-party tools

The quoting tool and certain analytics on the Site are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information in it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including obligations we have under state insurance regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
