Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Access Your Market LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use accessyourmarket.com (the "Site"), request an insurance quote, or communicate with us. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, state of residence, age or date of birth, tobacco use, desired coverage amount, and — during a call — health information needed to determine eligibility for an insurance product.
• Consent records. The date, time, page, and text of any consent you provide to be contacted, along with your IP address and browser information, kept as proof of consent.
• Information collected automatically. Device type, browser, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and pixels including the Meta (Facebook) pixel.

How we use it

• To provide insurance quotes and to contact you about them by phone, text message and email, as you consented.
• To determine eligibility and, if you choose to apply, to submit an application to an insurance carrier on your behalf.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to measure the performance of our advertising.
• To comply with insurance licensing, record-keeping and other legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Insurance carriers you apply with, and the agencies through which we hold carrier appointments, to obtain quotes and process applications.
• Service providers that operate the Site and our business on our behalf: the quoting tool that powers our rate display, our customer-relationship and telephone systems, and web hosting. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive analytics events from the Site (for example, that a quote was started) and may combine them with information they already hold about you, under their own privacy policies.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party lead buyers or other insurance agents.

Text messages

If you consent to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your quote and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts also opts you out of automated calls; you may still receive a manually dialed call unless you tell us not to contact you at all.

Your choices

• You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by calling (619) 478-4114, emailing chase@accessyourmarket.com, or replying STOP to a text. We honor requests within ten business days.
• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to insurance record-keeping requirements.
• You can limit cookies and pixels through your browser settings and through Meta's ad preferences.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, except to the extent that analytics pixels on the Site may be considered "sharing," which you may limit through the browser and Meta controls described above. Retention and security

We keep quote and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements, which generally require retaining records for several years. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
